With more than 16 years of experience in the field of Healthcare, I have obtained various skillsets which include but not limited to Oncology, Medical-Surgical Unit, Pain Management, Neurology, Psychiatry just to name a few areas. 

Due to the many cutbacks in the Health sector, it gave me the opportunity to embark on this life-changing endeavor, not only to utilize my skills but to also pay it forward. Before reaching where I am today, I knew what it felt like to be homeless, without the support of family just when you needed them the most and depressed because of situations, so I could easily relate to those that are in the very same position thus giving birth to D.J.W. National Enterprise LLC. 

The birth of my company first begun from my home, my doors were open to both male and female who just wanted to belong, a place to feel warmth, have a shelter over their heads, receive hot meals, and ensuring that all efforts are made to attain the various medical needs as it’s necessary for each individual. Most of the time the residents that come to me are lacking or have little or nothing at all, in some cases they have no family support, some from depression, some loneliness, some just need someone to talk to, this is where my skills and resources come into action. I would try to give each individual their deserved attention, not only to hear their stories but how to best make their stay a comfortable and memorable one. My resources come from friends, the family of some of the residents, some community resources, and even my own pockets to facilitate residents with food, clothing, beddings, toiletries, and personal items. 

Family support is extremely important and is strongly encouraged in the environment I provide, and for those who don’t, they are never left out. During holidays and birthdays, they are specially catered for as I would my own family. The bottom line is we are all human beings, our basic needs might differ somewhat, but the main need for food, clothing, shelter, water, sleep, and human connection is imperative and important in order for us to survive. I don’t claim to have all the answers in this venture but as I continue to my service as to others it gives me the opportunity to learn all I can so I can help the best way I can. As this is one of my few ventures that with the help of God, I was able to give birth to, this is just the beginning the best is yet to come.
